How can I earn Qantas Points with Apollo?

How many Qantas Points will I earn when I book with Apollo?

You can earn 2 points per dollar on eligible Apollo bookings.

What is an eligible rental?

An eligible rental is any road trip booking that is made for an Apollo campervan, motorhome or 4WD camper in Australia or New Zealand. Hippie Camper is excluded from the Qantas Frequent Flyer offer.

What can I earn Qantas Points on?

Qantas Points are earned on the daily rental rate (once discounts have been taken off) of your road trip only. Points are not earned on fees, taxes, optional extras or liability reduction/bond options etc.

How will bonus Qantas Points apply?

If you book a promotion where you are eligible for bonus points these will be applied separately on top of the normal per dollar points. You will see these on your booking as BONUS QFF Points.

When will I receive my Qantas Points in my Frequent Flyer account?

Your Qantas Points will be credited up to six weeks from completion of the rental period.

I’ve booked through a travel agent – how do I get my points?

Easy! You can add your Frequent Flyer number to your booking by contacting the Apollo reservations team or when visiting our branch.

If there are multiple drivers on one booking, can Qantas points earned be divided?

No. We only accept 1 Qantas Frequent Flyer account number per booking. This must be supplied between the time of booking until the time of pick up. Once a Qantas Frequent Flyer number has been added to a booking, this cannot be amended. The QFF number must match the Apollo main driver name for points to be applied.

Can I use someone else’s Qantas Frequent Flyer Number for my booking?

No. The booking needs to be allocated to the same surname as the Qantas Frequent Flyer number.

I’d already booked my Apollo Road trip without knowing I could earn Qantas Points. Am I eligible for points?

You will be able to add your Qantas Frequent Flyer number between the time of booking until the time of pick up.

If I change my Apollo road trip, will I still earn Qantas points?

If you change your road trip booking to a different date, location or Apollo vehicle type, you will still earn points on the value of the new booking. If you change from an Apollo rental to a Cheapa Campa rental, you will still be eligible to earn points, however if you change to another brand then you will not be eligible to earn points.

If I cancel my Apollo road trip, will I still earn Qantas points?

No. If you choose to cancel your entire booking, you won’t be eligible to earn points.

I’m not a Qantas Frequent Flyer member – can I join and earn points?

Yes! You can join the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program for free at the button below. Then you can start earning with your Apollo road trip!

I have a question about my Qantas Points - who do I contact?

If you have a query, complete the Qantas Frequent Flyer contact form. Alternatively, call the Qantas Frequent Flyer Service Centre on 13 11 31 between 7am and 7pm (AEST) Monday to Saturday and have your Qantas Frequent Flyer number and PIN on hand.

An eligible vehicle is an Apollo branded campervan, motorhome or 4WD camper. Frequent Flyer details must be provided between the time of booking until the time of pick up to be eligible to earn points. This can be done at the Apollo branch or with the Apollo reservations team. Surname on the booking must match that of the Frequent Flyer account. Points will be earned on bookings made direct and via travel agents. Valid when renting from Apollo Australia locations only. Points will be credited up to 6 weeks from completion of rental period. Age, credit and driver requirements apply.
